Return /Refund policy

At infutshirt, we take pride in delivering high-quality products to our customers. However, if something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help. Please read our return policy carefully before submitting a return request.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we accept returns under the following specific conditions:

• You received the wrong item, incorrect size, or wrong color. This means the product you received does not match what you ordered. If this happens, please contact us so we can arrange a return or exchange for the correct item.

• The item was damaged or defective upon arrival. We take care in packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately. We will gladly assist you with a return or a suitable resolution.

• We do not accept returns for change-of-mind, subjective dissatisfaction, or sizing issues if the correct size was sent based on your order. We encourage you to review product details and sizing charts carefully before ordering. Returns are only accepted for errors on our part or if the product is faulty upon arrival.

2. Return Time Frame

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this window will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Mandatory Requirements for Return Requests

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through the “Contact Us” page on our website. In your initial message, you must provide all of the following:

• Full Name: As shown on the order

• Order Number: The unique code provided in your order confirmation

• Detailed Description: A clear explanation of the issue (e.g., wrong size, wrong color, damaged item, etc.)

• Photo Evidence:
  
  • At least 2 clear, close-up, and well-lit images showing the issue

  • Photos should include:
    • The affected area or damage

    • The item’s size tag (if size is incorrect)

    • The full front and back of the product

• Return Preference: Let us know if you prefer a replacement or refund

 Important: Return requests without complete photographic evidence will be automatically rejected.

4. Return & Refund Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved:

• If a replacement is available, it will be shipped free of charge.

• If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We will notify you via email once your return is processed.

5. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

• Missing or incomplete photo documentation

• Damage caused by misuse, washing, or wear and tear after receipt

• Items returned without authorization

• Any return initiated after 30 days from delivery
