Your Sworn Declaration: You must also include a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided in your notification is accurate and that you are either the owner of the intellectual property right that is allegedly infringed or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Our Process for Reviewing and Responding to Claims

Upon our receipt of a properly submitted infringement report, we will take the following steps:

Confirmation of Receipt: We will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your report, typically within two business days.
Evaluation of Your Claim: Our team will review the documentation you have provided and assess the allegedly infringing material based on the information available to us.
Our Action: If, after our review, we determine that an infringement has occurred, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing the content or disabling access to it. We will also make reasonable attempts to notify the user who uploaded the content.

Submitting a Counter-Notification

Your counter-notification should include:

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
Your agreement to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside of the United States, to the jurisdiction of the United States District Court for the [Specify District, e.g., Central District of California]), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original infringement claim. Please note that we may reinstate the removed content within 10 to 14 business days following receipt of the counter-notification, unless the original claimant notifies us that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in the allegedly infringing activity.
